this image is NOT from 1993 this is a common misconception. i forget the name and cannot find it on google fsr but i remember the original clearly it’s from an imageboard that counts dates from “eternal september” which is a joking term ppl in the 90s used to refer to the tipping point when the internet really exploded in popularity and became something used by more than just nerds at universities. and this imageboard formatted dates like this. iirc the date in the original was somewhere around 2013.
